Total your TRUE and FALSE.

OVER 10 FALSE: Slow down. You’re on overload. Maybe even Burnout. Pick one FALSE a week and try and change it to TRUE. If it takes you a month to change one FALSE, that’s OK. It’s better than nothing. If you can’t change one FALSE in a month, you may want to consider professional coaching. If your sleeping, eating and mood has changed significantly for a month or more, see your physician.

BETWEEN 7 and 9 FALSE: Your life is significantly unbalanced. Write down your priorities in order of importance. Make time for your priorities to maintain good health and a happy family. Please take time for yourself for renewal. If you aren’t able to clarify your priorities, you may need a few months of coaching to get you focused. If you’re not having any “me” time, ask your support system to give you a day of nothing. You may need this time to relax and find a book on time management skills. If you’re unable to find the time to do this, coaching is essential.

BETWEEN 4 and 6 FALSE: Not too bad. However, you’re not living life to the fullest. See if you can find the obstacles holding you back. Ask your support system to help you tackle each obstacle. Try and fix the worst obstacle first. Of course if no success, a coach can help you jump over those hurdles to a satisfying life.

BETWEEN 1 and 3 FALSE: Pretty good! You can probably achieve total life satisfaction with a little help from your friends. Talk to them. Let them know what your goals are. Ask them for help. It’s OK to ask for help. If you can’t ask for help, a coach can teach you how.
