A: Slow down Cindy. You have a lifetime to show the world all you know. Take three months to evaluate your company and the employees. Sit back. Take notes. See how the corporate structure works. Identify the stars of the company. Listen to them. Why are they the stars? Think where you fit in and what contribution you can make. Also, ask one of the stars in the company if they would like to be your mentor. Having a wonderful mentor can be the key to your success. Realize you still have a lot to learn about the world outside of college. Have patience and continually learn. Good Luck!
